I have WMV files on my Samsung Galaxy A3 but it says failed to delete. I did factory settings a couple of weeks ago. Do i have to change settings somewhere so i can delete anything?

Strange no replies.
How are you trying to delete them, stock Samsung file manager or a third-party one? And where are the files stored, internal storage or on a micro-SD(external storage)? For information, a third-party file manager may have difficulty if the files to be deleted are on a micro-SD, if its app permissions are not set correctly.
