I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 that says failed to delete when deleting from my folders that wmv files & other videos i've recorded from my device. I had the same problem last year when attempting to delete mp4 files. I did a factory reset last year which didn't fix the problem. Should i be worried about my device or can this be fixed without future factory settings!
