Failing to download bluestacks and ldplayer win10

Hello,
For either emulators, the installer (2/3 Mbytes) is downloaded.
When I run it, the download step remains stuck
I've tried with my win firewall off to no avail.
Anyone knows the IP address port numbers where the downloader downloads from?
Any win10 other settings to turn off that could be blocking this

Thanks

I don't use Windows, so I can't really help you with it. The official Bluestacks site, downloads a 683MB DMG file((macOS disk image installer) on my Macbook, which is actually the whole Bluestacks 4 Android system, no additional download required.

Are you downloading and trying to install Bluestacks from their official site? https://www.bluestacks.com/

LDPlayer is Windows only, so of course I can't help with that. However their site pushed me a 2.9MB EXE file. Which presumably does need an additional data download to fully install their Android emulator. Assuming you got a reliable solid internet access, and that LDPlayer's download servers are online, it should install correctly.
