Help Failure to Fetch License Error 925???

On my Droid Razr I keep getting a message that states that there was a failure to fetch the license (error 925) on some movies that I rented. I haven't a clue as to how to remedy this and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

PS: Also my phone is not rooted.

Mine just did this when I was downloading an app. I turned off my wifi and everything started working properly.
