Help Failure to mount Second partition

I partitioned my Tecno W2 with Mini partition wizard after rooting the phone n formatting the memory card. The second partitioned memory was ext2. Link2SD app recognized the second partition for almost a week until yesterday when it couldn't mount the second partition. Most of my apps are already linked to the second partition. Any ideas as to what I can do to mount the second partition?

Could be a SD card issue.

Normally everything should be back to normal after the reboot. Otherwise you should start again with Aparted and Link2sd.
