I think I may have solved the issue of FB for Android killing the battery on some people's phones. If you go to FB on your computer, and go to my account > application settings > DB for Android > uncheck "allow to acces data when not using the application
This will make it only access the data when it goes to sync and when you open the app.

There was an actual problem with the app that caused 100% awake time. It was fixed in the update. I'm not sure what other issues you may be experiencing.

Yes. Version 1.3.1 fixed the 100% awake time issue.
