While the FCC hasn't seen any huge problems with the way companies like AT&T and T-Mobile are handling data exemption features, such as Binge On or Sponsored Data, they still want to a detail explanation on what, exactly, the companies are doing in their practice to ensure they aren't violating net neutrality agreements.
