In my old phone, there is an app for reporting issue and suggestion by users direct.
I wonder if Huawei would consider to add such feature in their phones in future.

On a Huawei? Should an item in settings, probably About device, called Contact us. Which will probably have the option to phone or email them.

Thank you for your info. Please send me a screenshot for the P9 Plus if you do not mind. In fact, the feedback channel that I meant is an friendly Android app for easy tracking of queries raised, not just an email contact.
