Few questions about my pixel 2 xl

Hi guys, I would appreciate any answers here...

1. when I setup few contacts to route to voicemail ( didnt want to be called from these numbers ) I realised that in the space of few days, some restarts, battery dying , these contacts are no longer routed to voicemail. Any idea why is this? Or, can anyone point me to a better, stable way to block numbers?

2. I received a OTA security update yesterday.Where I can find more details what bugs it fixed?

I don't know about the first - no experience of anything like that.

For the content of the update, I think this is normally visible through the system update menu. But you can anyway find it here: https://source.android.com/security/bulletin/pixel/2018-02-01, and find all update bulletins here: https://source.android.com/security/bulletin/pixel/
