File in downloaded files

Hello, i have installed a text file in mobile its probably a virus a something. When it is downloaded i didnt open it i fast as i can i removed it. It can start automatticaly when it is downloaded on mobile ? Or its just stored on the folder ?

Its only stored in the download folder.
Just delete it

I removed it but then I installed the eset and installed the .txt file again. then I looked at the eset and i see the file is safe. so i removed the eset and even the
.txt file. Is it good ? Nothing happened with my phone ?
