I have a Samsung galaxy S2, and I'm trying to get a file off of it and onto the PC. When I tether via USB and try to copy the file, it doesn't show up (i.e. I can't find it anywhere). I go to my phone's "my files" app and I can't find it no problem.
The files I'm trying to transfer is a .zip folder. I also downloaded an unzip app to unpack the folder, and tried looking for the .exe file to and I get the same thing, it's nowhere to be found on windows explorer, but it's there in my files app.
The computer is running windows XP. The file is for a NetGear program/drivers for a wireless adapter, which means is doesn't currently have an internet connection.
I checked the computer's control panel options and the .zip extension hasn't been removed.
