Having two issues so far.

1. Quadrant tests are only averaging about 3700. Nowhere near the 4900-5000 that I have seen on all the reviews.

2. I don't have the option for English (U.S.) or even English (UK). Only English for Asian countries.

Anyone else running into this? I am in the U.S.

If it was me, I'd be inclined to take it back and ask what the deal was (sorry), they shouldn't be selling a non WWE edition in the states.

You could try an RUU, what's your CID? Download CID Getter and if your CID is HTC001 (or similar) it should take the unbranded RUU.
 
I've sorted out the Quadrant issue. Now getting good results and so far the English (Singapore) language works ok.

I really don't have much experience rooting HTC phones so I really have no clue as to what I am doing yet. ;) Samsung phones are much easier.
 
Fair enough, if it works and you're ok with it, no harm, could give HTC a call though. It might mean it takes a little longer for you to get official updates.
