my N1 just arrived!!!!:D:D:D....dam...and i must say this thing is sexy as hell...

quick question: do i really need to fully charge it before i turn it on??? cant i leave it plugged in while i play with it?

I followed the instructions step by step, just in case! :D:D
I guess you could wait a couple of hours, couldn't you?
 
When i got my 2nd Nexus I charged it completely before even turning it on... battery life as been great... I'd say wait....

I didn't wait on my first one and had serious battery life issues... dunno if that was a cause but I didn't take any chances 2nd time around...
 
i charged it for 2.5hrs and turned it on..right when i turned it on the light turned green...(i still left it connected for about another hour or so while playin with it)
 
light turning green does not mean full or 100%... i've seen it turn green as early as 90%.... you have to keep it plugged until the status in the setting panel says "Full"
 
i had no clue what people meant by full charge befor eyou turn it on because right when you put the batt in it turns on lol......... so i full charged after it was on batt life is great! i than power cycled twice... which is something i consider mandatory.i found that out the hard way with my 1st iphone 3 years ago and my touch pro 2.

consider this a really stupid question, but when u say power cycle do you mean reboot?
