How to unlock and factory's rest
You've been pretty vague, so I'm not sure what you're asking exactly.
But Settings -> Accounts on the device you're using will show you the accounts linked to the device. Alternatively, open Gmail or the Play store and it will show you the account names.
If you want to recover the details/passwords etc, you'll need to do that here - https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery

What do I need to do to rest and unlock my Google account on my cell
