Find My Mobile - Remote Controls Not Working

I go on web on Find My Mobile and log in. I can see where my mobile is, i can ring it. On phone appears " Lost phone has been foud"
But when i try to access Remote Controls appear next photo.

I look on my phone and im logged on Samsung account and Remote Control is on. I try to toggle off and on again, no result. I also try to wipe Samsung account and log in again, no result.

If your S7 was from Verizon, you wouldn't have this problem. They simply removed the entire Find My Mobile app from their phones. Of course, they will offer to sell you their proprietary version to get this functionality back.
