Find your way out of the woods with Gps

There are a lot of GPS programs out there but how about one that will direct you back out of the woods or navigate you to a waypoint like a magelin or Garmin map. Any ideas

I found maverick the other day. It does this and has a great geocaching portion. This is the best app I have found so far. Offer manual waypoints, a tracks feature, as well as the previously mentioned geocaching. Definitly give it a try, there is a free version available. As far as I can tell its only limited functionality vs. the pay version is a max of 5 waypoints.

If you want to navigate back to a single point, use cardar. If you want to go geocacheing, use GeoBeagle (best geocaching app, hands down...)
