I downloaded Zedge on my samsung galaxy 3 and it's not in my apps. I went back to play store and it said it was downloaded. Where is it?

Uninstall & reinstall the app...but before doing so, power down the device (reomove and reinsert battery) for about a minute or two. Power device back on. See if that fixes the problem.
