Help Finding where all my space has gone

I recently obtained my phone and I dont have significantly more apps than my friends, but even though Ive rooted my phone and applied the lagfix, it seems pretty slow. I noticed that my internal phone storage only has 360 megs free whereas one of my friends has space in the order of gigs. How do I find out where my space is gone?

Lagfix creates a big partition on your internal storage (I think it's that rather than the 'Internal SD' card).

That's probably where you space has gone.
