Help Fingerprint bypassed/swipe to unlock

I have the fingerprint lock turned on with a pin lock set. For some reasons every few unlocks brings up swipe to unlock, which bypasses all security. Any ideas what would cause this?

It may help to follow the steps given to keep your phone a bit more secure,until LG addresses the issues with an update.

I did figure out my issue. I'm new to LG (coming from multiple Samsungs and iPhones before it) and must have gotten settings happy. My lock time after screen off was set to 30 seconds versus instant. I must have changed it thinking it was the screen time out. It works perfectly now.
