What do you mean by "log in"? I guess it's something other than unlocking the screen or identifying yourself to an app.
But the answer is likely to be "no", whatever it is. Fingerprint sensors are less secure than a decent PIN or password, which is why the phone will ask for one of those after a restart and probably periodically in addition.

Yes, I'm looking to unlock the phone after a reboot. I understand your answer, but would still like to find a phone that gives the option to use the fingerprint reader reader upon restart.
Some are not efficient at using the keypad, and not too concerned about someone getting their hands on the phone, unless I'd be more vulnerable after boot than at a normal phone lock. Any phone with the option to use a fingerprint+pin to unlock upon booting, in addition to the password option?

I do not believe that you'll find any phone that accepts a fingerprint for this. But PIN rather than password for this is standard.
