Most Android devices with fingerprint scanners simply use the sensor to unlock the phone or access secure content on the device. Fingerprint Quick Action is a new app from ztc1997 on XDA-Developers adds the ability to turn your phone's display off or open the notification panel when pressing the fingerprint scanner.
