No.

Opera Mini is not a full featured browser. Having said that it's fast and useable.

With Skyfire, anything that you can see on your computer, you can see on your cellphone. Bolt is like this as well... flash, streaming vids, tv, etc
and it's quite fast.

The stock browser is Google's mobile version of Chrome, I'm pretty sure they're not going to release a competing version

Opera Mini can run on almost any phone, it doesn't have near as many features. Opera Mobile is for smartphones

Opera Mini is not a full featured browser. Having said that it's fast and useable.

also the only android browser that can upload.

Nope, and that's why it's definitely not going to be out in February. There isn't even an alpha version, never mind beta. Go to http://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms and scroll down to Firefox for Android for the little detail they've released yet. In contrast, even though Windows Mobile is still in alpha, you can download a version of that

Who do you think wrote the default browser? Google, therefore it's pretty much chrome.
