Firefox's own message annoyance

This morning there was some kind of message from Firefox on the screen. I probably should have paid more attention to what it was but I just swiped it off and that was it. It's not really a big deal but I would like to know how to stop it from recurring.

Do you mean a notification or a window? When you say "from Firefox" what makes you say that?

Without more information it's hard to provide an answer. I've never had a notification from Firefox in all the years it's been installed, but depending on what android version you are using you may just be able to disable notifications from the app (if that is what it was).
