Firmware Question

I want to flash to an arkas rom but i still cannot find any firmware for my Samsung GT-i5510UGKC5 and i have no idea where to find it. and no one seems to have it. id rather

this is the canadian version of the phone

afterwards .

After that download using FUS tool .
If the firmware is not uploaded then not even samfirmware can help .

I have exactly the same problem and I can't find the original firmware for USA and Canada me neither. If anyboby can help I really appreciate.

I tried to call Samsung support center yesterday evening and I asked them where I can find the original firmware for canadian and american Galaxy I5510.

Can you imagine, even their employees can't find the firmware in the samsung's database. That's a joke or what? I guess that the customers in in North America are nothing for them. All the firmware I found are for Asia and Europe. And not only in forum or somewhere else. In their own canadian website.

Anyway. I bought that phone in june and since then I always got problem with. Problem installing apps with the Market, screen unlocking trouble, lack of memory and more.

That was my second and last Samsung phone. HTC here I come. This afternoon.

B)Odin is not to be "officially" used by customers or non-samsung employees
C)Consumers can use only KIES to update firmware .

Stock First Firmwares are not uploaded on the update service
When the US or Canada firmware update gets uploaded we can use Check FUS to intercept the data which can be used as Odin Flash file .

No customer care will provide you the firmware or acknowledge that they have firmware in database .It's Standard Operating Procedure .

Every sort of problems mentioned can be overcome eventually .

Why do they have a website on which it's written black on white "Download the firmware for GT-I5510M"? I don't understand. If "consumers can use only KIES to update firmware" as you said, why they write that?

Forget it. I just bought another smartphone from another brand that I won't mention and gave my 551 to my son as a fake cellphone. I took a step or two higher as I can say. Thanks.
