days ago while trying to check for any update i can across a surprising notes telling that my os has been modified . no knowing how was this happened , i wanna restore it to the original one. see atrachment for screenshot of the note

Do a hard reset. But back up all your stuff as everything will get erased.

Before you hard reset your device, make sure you uncheck the reactivation lock, your own device might lock you out
