Root "Firmware Update" Everytime I start my phone while USB connected

So I recently had a friend root my LG G Vista, and once it died I plugged it in to charge it. Once it started up, however, a screen came up with the big USB logo saying "firmware update". Since it said "do not unplug USB connected until the process is complete", I naturally followed the instructions. However after waiting 2 hours it was still at 0%. So I unplugged it, reset the battery, and started it up. Since it wasn't connected, the screen didn't come up of course.

So I was wondering, what is this and how can I update the firmware? I know it's supposed to be a software package for my computer to be able to do it, but what software is it? And once I get it what should I do to update it?

It's the mode needed to flash stock firmware a .tot or a Kdz file.

Well how would I go about getting that off my screen? Is it USB debugging that's doing that? Because it's enabled on my device.

Could you send me the D631 tot or dll via gmail and the drivers, because I recently bricked my D631 Please Please Please.

Man I really need the Stock tot file for the D631 as well and the dll file to flash with it mine is bricked as well lol simple rookie mistake on my behalf haha Would very much Appercate it the link's to the Stock rom are dead.......
