Firmware upgrade encountered an issue -- Bootloop

It's from Best Buy, which I purchased before the beginning of this recently passed semester, no waranty. And it is wifi only. It's fully charged now and hooking it up to Kies. At least now it doesn't bootloop but it doesn't sleep/turn off now neither. Kies says it's connecting but after 20 mins or so it's still trying to connect.

Mind linking me or guiding me on how to do such a thing? I would greatly appreciate it.
My apologies, I'm answering while I'm working. Download the firmware, connect the tab to the PC with the error screen showing.

choose AP, select the firmware. Press start. You might be better off using Odin 3.07 if you have any issues with 3.10 etc.

Found this on a second site. XAR is version for US.

Thank to both of you. You have my deepest gratitude. The firmware and instructions cleared not only my firmware error but my soft brick that was originally my problem.
Thank you to you both, again!

hello. i have the same issue with the bootloop and no command for the sm-t110 when attempting recovery mode. I wa told that it may be and ecm board. I've tried the suggestions here. Perhaps someone can walk me through it. Thx.
