firmware upgrade from PDA:KF3 / PHONE: KE7 / CSC:KE1 (XFM)

help!! I cant seem to beable to update my firmware through the links provided.
I am stuck on version 2.3.3 and would love to upgrade. My phone says there are no new upgrades available and my kies keeps giving me : unknown error occured.
