First Gen, Droid incredible Clean ESN but cracked LCD screen

Selling my old baby, had it since release date last year (April 29th). Fast forward to July 2nd of this year and I get a pressure crack on the LED (AMOLED) screen, suffice it to say this made the phone impossible to use. Rather than fix it I opted to get a new phone. Everything works on this phone save the LED panel. This is a $50 part or a $75 repair. This phone will come with 2 1500mah batteries (OEM and HTC generic) and a Verizon hard case - Red (used). Also have the original box and manual. Sorry no charger

Looking to get $60.00 obo

Is the digitizer cracked, or just the AMOLED? Does the phone function even though it is damaged?

Just the AMOLED, the phone functions. I can turn it on and the home keys light up, and I can connect to a PC and access all the files.

I have a friend who might be interested for the right price; he really likes my phone, and needs a good phone for cheap. I'm just not sure $130 after repairs is cheap enough.
