Looks like a great phone. Only possible negatives for me are non removeable battery, 16 gig on board storage (made up for with SD card slot IMO), the size of the bezel looks rather large and finally, how good is the display (it's hard to tell from a video like that). If the display is darkish that would be a bummer.

Don't like the non-removable battery issue, but that doesn't seem to be a big deal with the iPhone.
Also, the animations and swipes are very fluid and fast. I'm really impressed.

MUCH better swiping and nav compared to the leaked GNex from last week. Hopefully that dude was just a bad swiper.

They are at the side of the device under a removable flap. This is seen in the Phandroid video towards the end.
