First phone with 2.2?

That's all I've been seeing as well.

My guess is the HTC Scorpion.

I would like the Droid X but who knows when 2.2 will be available. Besides I've had trouble with my Eris since the upgrade so I've been thinking that I should go with a native 2.2. I may end up with the Droid 2 even though I don't really want a phone with a keyboard. Of course by the time the Droid is released, there will new rumors of 2.2 phones.

My guess would be the HTC Scorpion too, but who knows when that will be out. I don't think anyone knows even an approximate timeframe, but within a month is HIGHLY unlikely. Actually, I'd say it's impossible.

Who knows now, with the news of Adobe, Google, Moto, and Verizon all attending the launch event next week for the next generation Droid. I can only think of one reason for Adobe to be there, which is the intro Flash 10.1, which will only be available in 2.2.

With that info, I guess the Droid 2 and/or Droid X will be the first. There's literally no reason for Adobe to be there, except to join in the announcement with some Flash 10.1 bragging the day before the iPhone 4 release.
