First take on the Ultra

I received the Ultra late in the day and wasn't going to do anything but give it a full charge and set it up tomorrow. Naturally I couldn't wait and set it up tonight. Smart switch went flawlessly and in no time I was customizing the phone to my liking. I'm sure I'll tweak it some but tonight I'm done. The fingerprint scanner is amazing compared to the Note 10+ I'm accustomed to. The screen is brilliant. It seems a bit less responsive to my touch than the note... or different. The phone is very fast and smooth. Definitely more so than the Note. I only took a couple of pictures but they were stellar and vibrant. I can't wait to take some pictures outside of my office. Over all I consider the upgrade is considerable for me and I'm glad I took the leap.

What is your first impression of the new S21 Ultra?

I mean, the fingerprint scanner actually working is literally worth the switch for me. Only had it fail once (was my fault) in 10 days. Screen is amazing, battery life has been insanely good so far.

I agree.. the fingerprint scanner works flawlessly. Love most everything about this phone. I'm having a bit of issue with the BLE streaming audio to my aids. It's messed up twice with a reboot of the phone fixing. I'm not certain of the culprit. It was never an issue with my Note. It only happens after prolonged connectivity. If it continues to be a problem I'll forget and reset the marriage. Other than that... Love this phone.
 
Microsoft loved me. Sent me a $1200 phone for $99 shipping and handling from Dubai.
GOOGLE should have a program like that. I might not qualify but I'd listen to people who did.

For sure, and not surprised to hear bluetooth is odd. Seems every new phone has weird bluetooth behavior at first. I've only been in car couple times and listened to podcasts, but that has been flawless. Still waiting for my new Samsung Bud Pro to play with those. I DETEST headphones/earbuds, but my Buds from last year were pretty much the best I'd ever used.

My free Galaxy Tag came yesterday.... No clue what I would use that for though.

Phone's camera literally blows my mind. Night and day difference from my s20 plus, and it demolishes wifes Pixel 4xl....

I received my tag with my Ultra. However, my shipping info says I should get it today? If you think one is worthless... what about two? :) I'm with you, I see no value in the tag. It communicates via BLE as well. I hope it works better than the BLE to my aids.

The camera.. just WoW! It's been frigid here so I've not capped any outside but the quality of inside and selfie shots blow me away. Night and day compared to my old Note. I can't wait to get outside with this phone. 10X...can't wait!
