Help First time rooting

On the road to rooting my device ... I am now on the fast boot screen and i enter in the twrp file into the CMD and hit enter a Windows Disc Image Burner pops up and asks me if i want to burn or cancel. Do i click burn ?

You are definitely doing something wrong if it's asking you to burn something. Have you set up fastboot on your PC? But really I would always recommend Scotty's instructions over some video, and they take a lot less than 23 minutes to read

What if my phones all ready unlocked using a different method

If the bootloader is unlocked you can fastboot flash TWRP, then use TWRP to root or install a rooted ROM (but use it to take a backup first). Doesn't matter how it was unlocked.

I'm assuming that you mean bootloader unlocked because I haven't watched the video.
