First Update

AT&T pushed out an update to my phone this AM. Do I need to do anything like reset the phone? Or am I good to go?

Tmobile sent it out also. It's a security update. Nothing else changed.

Reboot the phone if you see lag and it should be good to go.

how do I check if i got the update. Im on Sprint.

It's in your settings. But it probably would get pushed to your phone as soon as it's ready. If you want to check, go to: settings>about device>software update>check for updates. At least that's where it is on my AT&T phone.
