Hello and welcome aboard. Thanks for joining us here. :)

Here is what you would need to do:

1. Connect your phone (with the supplied USB cable) to your computer.
2. Some phones will actually tell you that you have connected your phone using USB and ask you what you want to do - if your's doesn't, then pull down the notification bar (from the top of the screen) on your phone.
3. Select connect as USB mass storage.
4. A message should then pop up on your computer telling you that a new USB device has been connected and ask you if you want to view the contents. If not, go to "my computer" and navigate to the external USB drive.
5. Once you start to look in the connected USB drive (which is actually the SD card on your phone), then you would need to look for one of the following folders "DCIM", "Camera", "Media"or something similar(theseare just possibilities... on my phone it is "DCIM").
6. When you get to the correct folder, you should be able to browse through your photos and then copy them as normal.

Please note that this is all assuming you are using a windows computer. I hope this helps!

Hey skeeter. Welcome to Android Forums. Your download problem is a curse from all of us that envy your job!! I'm kidding of course. Have you connected your phone to your PC via the USB cable? In the settings of your phone you will find a setting to so that you can have the phone show up on the PC as a removable drive. It's usually labeled "Mass Storage" or something similar.. depending on the make of phone. Once the phone is in mass storage mode instead of charge, you can find your pictures by using your PC's file manager. The pictures should be in a folder called DCIM. Once you find them.. you can mark and copy or move them just as any file on your PC.
For more specific instructions you will want to check into the area of discussion for your phone. Here is a link to the phones and their areas. Just find your phone in the list and give it a click. I'm sure you can ask there and our friendly users will help you out. Have fun and thanks for joining this community.
