Help Fishy apps! It had different android logo!

I found this on my phone.

Settings>Apps>All>

Here I found two fishy looking apps - HeartbeatSynchronization & Install Helper

Does anyone know them? I'm a bit concerned since apps are being auto installed on my phone and it really bothers me.
