Fix croping tool for wallpapers

yes somehow there is no fixes when i assign a picture or wallpaper to my cell it gets cut off there needs to be a tool to correctly set the screen settings to make wallpaper strech to g1 screen size how come it always just cuts half of it off geez go fix the croping screen and make the walper the right size no matter how i resize the picture in windows it still cant do it right in the G1 lol.

The wallpaper needs to be resized to 640x480, and it will fit perfectly on the screen
When the crop screen appears, drag the orange box to the edges of the image
