How to fix unsupported video format on youtube on my entelos HTC

Not sure whether the issue is with uploading to YouTube or watching things on YouTube - I'm going to assume it's upload 
You could try switching to a different resolution (from HD to SD, for example) to see if that helps. If not, then your best bet would be to convert your video to a different format. I'm not sure if there are apps for that, but you could try looking at the various video editors available on Play to see if any allow you to save video in a different format.
Alternatively, move the video to a PC and run it through a converter to change the format. An interweb search will give you lists of tools you could use.
If the issue is watching things on YouTube, try downloading a YouTube app - that should support everything.
