Fix wifi

many users of xperia mini had a problem about their wifi..can't connect..unconnected..i had solve this problem by setting up ip address..to setting up ur i.p adress

1.go to setting>wireless & netwok setting>wi-fi setting>advance
2.tick use static ip
3.insert ur own ip adress eg,192.168.1.10
4.insert gteway eg,192.168.1.1
5.netmask,DNS1 & DNS is the ip at ur place..u can check it cntrol panel>network connection>local area>internet protocol

now u can cnnect 2 ur wifi

it is set for paired with PC/laptop ?? may i know wifi setting @ PC/laptop ??
already try to setting up wifi w/ PC (used as hotspot) but still don't detect on my phone

for connecting w/hotspot it is already ok

i have done that and i have changed to the "never"-option, but the wifi still keeps disconnecting is there something else i can do? i really want to fix this, its impossible to sync spotify playlists when it keeps doing this!

Went to the setting>wireless & netwok setting>wi-fi setting menu but can not see how to get advanced up. Help please.
Can not access user online guide as wifi connects and disconnects soon after -

in the wi-fi settings page just press and hold the leftmost button..that is the contacts and call history button for a while..u get two menu items in the new pop up menu..one is to scan for wi-fi and the other is advanced settings option..u cal click and do the advanced settings..dat's one way i know of...hope that helps.

this is great if you're just trying to connect to your home network but if you're going to connect to a public wifi hotspot, then it might cause a problem
