Fixed Wallpaper App

I would really love an app that just allows me to set the wallpaper as fixed instead of scrolling when i switch pages. IMO its much smoother feeling and i like to the see the entire wallpaper all the time. Home++ beta can do this, and that is literally the only reason im using it. I dont need anything else from it, i just love the fact that it lets me have a fixed wallpaper. Thats all i want this app to do, nothing else. Please, if i knew how to do it myself i would!!

Edit: Tried Wallpaper Plus application. Does not work well enough. Degrades picture qaulity for some reason and when going into landscape mode it strectes the image, and does not resize it when switching back to portait.

Devs please help? Me thinks it would be a pretty simple thing

I would love the same thing as well. I've also downloaded Wallpaper Plus but got a refund because it was way too buggy. I'm going to try out Home++.
