Help flash and modem?

hi guys just new here
have a couple of questions
can i use modem on phone for laptop and if so how what to install etc... as it worked on my apollo?

and can i use iplayer and cant seem to get flash player to work??/

ok managed to set internet rather cool that it works wirelessly ... now just need iplayer any help ??

The Galaxy Mini does not support iPlayer or Flash.

How you managed to run internet on laptop using galaxy mini as modem? I've tried USB tethering but it runs like a LAN rather than GPRS with slow speeds.......
