Help flash and swype are missing after update

yesterday i have updated my samsung phone and i noticed that yupp tv , and flash are not working .even swype keyboard is also not functioning .
i dont know what to do .plz suggest things to do so that i can get back my flash app and swype keyboard.

Although 2.2 froyo supports flash, the ARMV6 processor in gal 3 doesn't have the ability to run it.unfortunately u can stream youtube videos with 2.1 eclair that comes with phone, even though it doen't support flash. but with this update u can't even do that.. anyway try with customised roms in which me too is not familiar with..
