Flash card app?

As the title states, I'm looking for a good flash card app. I have seen a few of them on the market, and I wouldn't mind paying for a good one, but I wanted see if there were some fellow students that might have had a good experience with a particular app.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to create my own cards, sort them, make my own groups, and hide individual cards at will.

Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

I use Flashcards Buddy Pro for Android. I like that I can easily import from google docs.

It does have some predefined sort options, but I haven't tried those - I always use the random option.

I create all my cards using google docs and then I import them. The program does allow you to make edits to the cards.

I recently did a ton of research on flash card apps and decided to go with AnyMemo. It's highly-rated and open-source (so it will remain free, and likely well supported).
* You can create your own flash cards on the phone or on a Mac/PC & import/export.
* You can download lots of free flash card decks (both text and/or audio) for various topics like languages (e.g. Spanish, Chinese), geography, art, SAT vocabulary, etc, created by others.
* There are lots of great functions for studying.
* There's a good user guide on their website. AnyMemo -- Memorize Anything

There is an in-depth review of flash card apps at the following link, but it's several months old. Based on the user reviews on the Android Market, I think AnyMemo (which is tied for 1st place) has surpassed the other two top-rated flash card apps in this review.
