Help Flash doesnt work anymore???

Hi Guys and Gals...

My Razr's flash now no longer works when I need to take a picture. However it works on the Video fuction...

Any Idea's... I have tried every setting on the phone to see if it's been disabled...

It's been doing this now for a couple of months. When I first bought the phone off a guy in December, it worked. He did have the phone rooted at that time. I figgured when I did the OTA update it would work itself out...

if it works in one mode, but not another, the hardware of the flash is ok. if you've already checked the settings in the camera app to make sure the flash is on, or on auto, then I would say it's time to factory reset the phone.

settings> privacy> uncheck restore, uncheck backup> factory data reset
