Flash memory is the industry-common type of storage for any smartphone. If there wasn't any flash memory inside that Reach, there wouldn't be anything to store the Android operating system nor any apps or files. With no OS, no apps, and no files a smartphone isn't of much use to anyone.

Yep, here is why,
Recently, installed an anti virus App. "Hi Security".
When I turned power on, notification "53 % memory used, speed..... Boost" pops up.
Does "Hi Security" clear flash memory and speed up operating system?
Hi Security is rubbish and operates on the premise that in Android, used RAM is a bad thing. On Linux based Operating Systems, the opposite is in fact the case.

Most apps that claim to boost your phone in this manner aren't really useful at all. Android is designed in a way that it manages the memory itself. Getting another program to try and do it can make performance worse.
I haven't used the app that the OP mentioned.. so can't say for 100%, but if i were you I would uninstall it.

I've never bothered with it in my 9-10 years of owning an Android device. If you're careful with what you install, check permissions and only install from legitimate app stores, 99.99% of the time, you're going to be fine.

If you're actually encountering a problem than yes, but generally anti-virus utilities are just using up system resources that should be used for things you actually want to do.

Do you have the option to allow installation of apps from "unknown sources" (i.e. outside the Play Store) enabled?
Finally, Block this is installed, and turned on,
however, Ads are still all over the forums.
Adguard does a great job blocking ads also
