WHERE CAN I GET Galaxy s4 sprint flash to metro pcS

I believe if you go into a Metro PCS store, they can flash your phone over to their company. Not all phones are available to flash. But since you said Sprint, I assume you were using it on Sprint. So you should be good to go.

Metro doesn't offer flashing anymore so that's a no go even if they did or you find a magical way to get it flashed you wouldn't be able to use 4GLTE
