Help flash player 10.2

i have huawei U8150. No flash videos are running on my browser. it is saying to install flash player 10.1. When i visit adobe website, it is saying that this version has been released officially, and if your device has already received Android 2.2, Adobe Flash Player will be coming soon.

Can anybody help me in this case?

This phone does not support flash - so do not expect to see flash videos running in the browser.
