Adobe stopped supporting Flash for mobile devices well over three years ago now. There are NO current versions of Flash that run on phones or tablets anymore. BE VERY CAUTIOUS about installing an old version of Flash onto your phone or tablet at this point. Even current versions of Flash that are still available for computers are now considered to be very questionable. Again, installing an old version of Flash, the ONLY version available anymore, on your tablet and you're also increasing the vulnerability to the operating system. (Chrome for computers does include it's own 'Pepper Flash' plugin, but not for the Android version of Chrome).
Note that the Dolphin browser is still relying on the last version of Flash plugin released for mobile, ver11.1.x or 11.2.x. The Puffin browser uses a more current Flash but from what I read Puffin relies on some kind of server based Flash, not an out-of-date plugin that resides on your tablet so when you are accessing Flash based content it's actually routing through their end and then onto you. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cloudmosa.puffinFree
