Flash player on BBC

I can't watch any videos on the BBC website because it says I do not have the most up to date flash player, and that it should be coming out soon on my device.

I've just got a brand new one X - surely it should have the most up to date flash player?

Kinda, your handset probably had software pre installed on it a month or so ago by HTC (no idea what their manufacture -> shop floor time is), so it had whatever version of Flash was current installed at the time. As it's not been linked to a Google Account until now, it won't accept any app updates.

theres one thing you need to do id look at the seetings of the browser as flash isnt enabled by default just enable it and away it goes i watched so i playerstuff not an hour agoe
