flash recovery failed

I tried for the first time in my life installing on my device(mi 9t) custom os but when i flashed twrp recovery and booting screen went black after a lot of clicking i got back to os but i think my recovery is brocken because when i type on cmd fastboot devices it shows ???????? fastboot

And when i tried finding an other way to do it it said failed with unkown error when sending

(device unlocked usb debugging wasn't on)

PLS HELP I AM SCARED AF

It would help to know, what type of phone you have?

Also if you are still able to boot into you OS. Go to developer options and enable USB debugging and try reinstalling TWRP.
